We actually recruit “on demand.” For dedicated teams, Obree proposes a shortlist of 3 top-candidates per profile (out of the 10 to 20 screened). Obree deploys a structured, proven approach to take in a new customer, or add new resources for an existing customer. On average, it takes around 5 to 8 weeks to get a dedicated team recruited and fully operational. The customer defines, with the help of Obree, the manpower and physical resources required to deliver the expected services.
